Welcome Thad Clark and Chris Elmore — Expanding Our Sales Team Coast to Coast
At Community Financials, we’ve expanded our team to serve you better. Earlier this year, we welcomed two seasoned professionals who bring decades of experience and a shared passion for helping communities streamline their financial operations: Chris Elmore, who joined in January as our Sales Director and West Coast Representative, and Thad Clark, who came on board in July as our East Coast Sales Representative.
Meet Thad Clark – East Coast Sales Representative
Thad Clark joined us in July, bringing more than 17 years of experience in the community association industry. Based in North Carolina, Thad has helped self-managed associations and management companies nationwide implement smarter systems to boost efficiency and reduce administrative stress.
Before joining Community Financials, Thad was the founding employee and Vice President at Clark Simson Miller, a firm known for delivering outsourced financial services to self-managed communities. He also served as Sales and Marketing Director at Condo Manager Software, guiding association firms in adopting intuitive platforms that improved service delivery and financial reporting.
With a degree in Information Systems, Thad tailors tech-forward solutions to meet each client’s unique needs – helping boards save time and operate more confidently.
Meet Chris Elmore – Sales Director & West Coast Representative
Chris Elmore came on board in January, bringing with him a distinguished 30+ year career in sales leadership, including 25+ years in Accounts Payable (AP) automation and over 20 years serving the HOA/condo industry. He previously held senior roles at AvidXchange and Strongroom, two of the leading AP automation platforms in the property management space.
Chris is also a published author and educator, having written 12 books on accounting, sales, and innovation, and served as a university professor for over eight years. His commitment to education and public service includes more than three years as a board member of a public college.
Chris brings a practical, tech-driven perspective to helping associations and management companies streamline financial operations and scale with confidence.
