One of Community Financials biggest services is to collect homeowner’s association dues payments. About half of these payments are paid online and the other half are paid by check (this varies by community). However, when an owner decides to mail in a payment it takes extra time in the postal service to go from the east coast to the bank’s Denver, Colorado facility. So, we have added a new east coast lockbox location in Miami, Florida for clients that bank with Pacific Premier Bank.
This new option should be able to reduce the time mailed payments are deposited by 1 – 2 days making homeowners happier by reducing the chance of late fees.
