Jennifer Morgan – Sr. Client Manager

As a Sr. Client Manager, Jennifer leads one of Community Financials’ (CF) 10-person accounting teams working with over 100 HOAs. She is also CF’s Technical Officer and documents our Standard Operating Procedures. Jennifer has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Management and Accounting.

Taunia Wilson – Resale Department Manager & Board Advisor 

Taunia manages Community Financials’ Resale Department helping communities with accurate escrow and refinance documentation. Taunia also helps CF customers set up management tools in Smartwebs software and helps as an advisor to Boards with operational challenges. Before working at CF, Taunia was a Sr. Community Manager, leading, training, and teaching 12 managers at an AZ Management Company.
