Tonjia’s background spans Commercial Deposit Pricing, Product Analysis, and FDIC-insured solutions like ICS and CDARS. She has served as Director of Finance and Operations at WMCCAI (CAI Washington Metro Chapter) and earned a bookkeeping certification from George Mason University. Her diverse experience makes her an invaluable resource for community associations navigating banking issues.
