We provide the ability for homeowners to pay their association dues online. Our philosophy is to give owners as many ways to pay as possible. We had offered Visa, Mastercard and Discover card as options and now American Express is now added as an online payment option.
American Express card holders will be charged the same 2.95% convenience fee as the other card options. This was the problem in the past that offering AMEX increased the fee for all card types but no longer.
